Established in 2015 the Green mushroom turned into a vegan restaurant in February 2017 and is Australia's first Indian vegan restaurants.  The Green mushroom chefs use hand picked organic vegetables and fresh ingredients and combine it with an intricate mix of spices to create a delicious and authentic Indian food experience.
